If Flip Saunders was offered the head coaching job Timberwolves?
Or should McHale being the head coach and GM?
Flip Saunders would definitely improve the team. If wolves really want to win despite the fact that should fire McHale. He is the main problem. Garnett resigned for players mediocre and then changed OJ Mayo for Kevin Love did not make sense at all. If they fire McHale and get a good gm and hire Saunders can really do that instead of improve worsens each year.

The Executive Coach in the Corporate Forest $18.95 Written as a business fable, The Executive Coach in the Corporate Forest is the story of a gifted executive coach, J. C. Williams, and his coaching relationships with his varied business clients-all with their own professional challenges. The book offers engaging stories, has believable characters with realistic problems, and illustrates the structure and content of the coaching process. The book is a quick read-something any busy executive could read on a flight between Washington, DC and Boston-and is time very well spent, not only for the individual executive but for her or his company's future. Although executive coaching has become increasingly popular with organizations across the globe because of its effectiveness, many people don't know what it looks like until they actually commit to the process. The confidentiality involved in coaching between coach and client is somewhat responsible for the mysteriousness of the process. That's why Dr. Steve Gladis has written The Executive Coach in the Corporate Forest to help leaders better see and understand how executive coaching works. |

Jesus, Life Coach $12.98 There was a time when only athletes had coaches. Now, everyone from CEOs to at-risk youth are being "coached." The International Coaching Federation-which began with only a handful of people-now boasts membership of over 5,000, and currently more than 150,000 people call themselves "Life Coaches." The benefits of coaching have been well documented, but having the right coach is critical. Jesus had only three years to train the twelve disciples, yet in that time he managed to turn this ragamuffin group into "lean, clean marketing machines." Divided into four critical sections-Focus, Balance, Productivity, and Fulfillment-Jesus, Life Coach, now in trade paper, presents a faith-based coaching program with Jesus as the model. Delving into the principles Jesus used to transform those around him, the book offers proven strategies and countless applications for modern-day coaches. |

Don’t Call Me Coach $19.48 At last, those of us not lucky enough to hear Phil Martelli in person can now draw inspiration from his book. Don t Call Me Coach presents him at his compelling and captivating best, as he finally puts into print the mantra of his memorable speeches. In fact one of America s most colorful, outspoken, and successful coaches, Martelli compresses his three decades of experience into a ten-point lesson plan for life that will benefit anyone, no matter what the challenges may be. We are all coaches, he insists, and each of us represents a book of unique experiences others can learn from. We are defined not by what we do, but by who we are. Yet we should not take ourselves seriously, but, rather, what we do. And so, even though he was named college basketball s Coach of the Year in 2004, this quintessentially regular Philly guy prefers not to be addressed as Coach Martelli. If you will, just call me Phil. . . . This book is my conversation with you. This unpretentious tone pervades Don t Call Me Coach as distinctively different from most life-lessons books as Phil Martelli s spontaneous HawkTalk is from other coaches tightly scripted TV shows. Martelli s experiences within his own extended family often funny, sometimes poignant, and always instructive form a warmly personal background to everything he spells out in his book. Having turned down far more lucrative offers to coach at mega-universities, Martelli enters another new season at the helm of the storied men s basketball program at Philadelphia s Saint Joseph s University. As he puts it, You have to know where your heart is. These expressions of his heart and mind will resonate in yours, no matter where you went to school, and whether you re an avid sports fan or not. As Phil concludes, The Hawk will never die! is more than the slogan of one specific university. It represents the will to excel, to never give in an approach to life we can all share. |
