When you have a small company that provides consulting services and would like a division creative – more of the specialized sections of the company targets a niche market, where a record of the name (DBA) or trademark the name? Or what is recommended to protect the division within the company while allowing advertising and promoting the community as part of the company, but strong division with its own identity.
